Order Preparation:

For items that are in stock, we aim to prepare your order within 3 days.

For items that are temporarily out of stock, please contact us and inquire about their availability.

For items that are marked as pre-order or made-to-order, we stipulate the exact preparation time in the product description.

 

Shipping Time/Costs:

Germany, 2-4 days: €5.00

European Union, 4-6 days: €15.00

Europe (NON-EU), 6-10 days: €25.00

Worldwide, 6-10 days: €35.00

 

Shipments are not delivered on Sundays and other German public holidays.

Expect 1-2 more days on top of standard procedure during peak seasons. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Tracking: 

Once an item is shipped out, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Please check the status of your shipment to avoid any delay in delivery.

Duties and Taxes: 

Please note that duties and taxes are not included in shipping costs when you place your order outside of Germany. Depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which museum C cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Returns:

Right To Return:

Items purchased on museum.com are eligible for return within a period of 14 days. The period commences upon the day you receive the products you ordered on museum.com.

In order to exercise your return right, you must contact us with a return request, including your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason why.

 

Consequences of A Return:

All returns must be sent back to us in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.

You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it returns to us safely. We advise you to consider this before purchasing and to send the item with a reliable courier. As we cannot refund any item(s) being lost during shipment, we always recommend sending your return with a tracking number.

When you send returns outside of Germany, please ensure you clearly label all returns as returned goods to avoid any duty/tax charges. If you fail to label returns correctly, you will be liable for any associated duty and tax charges.

We will proceed with the refund once we have received the items back and they have been checked.

In the event that the goods have deteriorated, which cannot be reimbursed fully or partially or only in an impaired condition, you will have to pay appropriate compensation.

We will refund you the original amount minus the initial shipping costs and other potential associated costs mentioned above. We can only refund via the same method of payment when the initial purchase was made.

The costs of your order will be charged to your credit card, Paypal or bank account. In case of a return, your relevant card or bank account will be credited. However, any losses that are caused by currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

 

The right to return is not available for:

Sealed items (if their seal has been removed after the delivery), for health protection and hygiene.

Items are marked as pre-order or made-to-order, as they are not prefabricated and are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer.

Items are categorized as jewelry, underwear, and socks for hygienic reasons.

Items are sold at offline pop-ups, considering the sold item’s conditions could be checked in person.

 

museum C reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
